By accessing this website you agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to them, you may not use and access this website. aeikei.com is an online service for aei:kei and kei:aei (our diffusion line) and is provided solely for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not use this website for any commercial purpose.

We have taken great care to ensure that the items on our website are presented as accurately as possible. However colour clarity will depend upon your own personal monitor and we therefore cannot guarantee that the colour of the actual Item is absolutely accurate. Before placing an order please read through these Terms.

Acceptance of your Order

The display of any item on our website is not an offer to sell and aeikei.com shall be under no obligation to supply the products ordered through this website. If you place an order, this will be your offer to purchase the items from us. We will acknowledge your order as soon as possible but will be under no obligation to supply the products ordered unless we have the products in stock and they are available at the prices specified.

If items that you order are out of stock, subject to a delay or the price is higher than that shown on your order, we will try to contact you at the email address you provided when placing your order. If we cannot contact you or receive no response to our email, we will continue to process the remaining items on your order. We will not supply a substitute product without your express authority.

Delivery

We aim to deliver your chosen items to the place and person of your choice, in perfect condition and in the shortest possible time. UK and overseas orders are shipped by UPS for a speedy delivery. Minimum delivery charges are £8 for UK delivery address and around £30 for overseas orders. We insure each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you. If you wish to track your parcel, please email us and we will either track your shipment for you or you can track you own shipment with the tracking number we will provide you, through UPS’s own website.

Most orders will be dispatched within 3 working days subject to credit clearance, address verification and availability of items. We will contact you if there is a delay or items are out of stock.

Please also note that any duty and taxes incurred in the country of destination are the responsibility of the customer, and goods held by customs may delay your delivery.

Returns/Exchange policy

Customer satisfaction is always our top priority, and as such we handle each query on an individual basis to the best of our ability. While we hope that you are delighted with your order, if you are not perfectly satisfied with your goods we will happily offer you a full refund or exchange.

We must stress that in order to receive a refund or exchange, the item(s) must be unworn and in perfect condition, with all the labels attached and in the original packaging.

Unsuitable items may be refunded or exchanged within 7 days of our dispatch date for our U.K customers. For Overseas customers it is 14 days.

Before you return something you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving an item and obtain a Return Authorization Reference number by emailing us at orders@aeikei.com

Please include your original receipt in the returned parcel. You must write your Return Authorization Reference number on the receipt. Any returned items that are not accompanied by an official reference number will not be accepted. If you prefer, you can contact one of our customer care representatives who will be happy to talk you through our returns procedure, simply call 44 (0) 207 928 3555.

aeikei.com will only exchange an item for the same item in a different size or color, subject to availability.

Please send all returns to aei : kei, 1.08 Oxo Tower, Bargehouse Street, London SE1 9 PH. The product you return must be in new, unused, and unworn condition with all the original packaging and garment tags still attached. We do not accept any item with any indication that it was used. In such cases, the item will be returned to the purchaser.

If you wish to receive a refund we will re-credit the original purchaser's credit card for the sum paid.

Please note that we strongly advise you to send returned items by using registered post and keep your proof of postage certificate, as we cannot be responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit. Please note that postal costs for returned goods are the customer’s responsibility and will be reimbursed by us only in the case of damaged, faulty or incorrectly supplied goods.

Customers' statutory rights are unaffected.

Returns Policy for Sale Items

Same as above, except we only exchange goods on sale, or issue credit notes; we do not give full refunds on sale items. If a credit note has been issued, it must be used within 3 months.

Payment

Payment can be made securely online by Visa, Master Card, American Express, Diners or Maestro cards. You may also place your order through telephone or fax. The credit/debit card that is being used must be yours. All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorize payment, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery of your order. We also reserve the right to cancel your order. For first time online customers, we may request that shipping be to the credit card billing address only.

By submitting an order to us through our website you represent and warrant that the payment details provided on your order are valid and correct and that when your order is accepted and processed by us, payment will be made in full.

If the billing details for your order are the same as your delivery address details, by placing an order on the website you confirm that you are the person referred to in the delivery address details. Otherwise, by placing an order, you confirm that you are the person referred to in the billing details.

Fabric Contents and Washing Instructions

All garments have fabric content and washing instructions listed on the website. These are also attached to each garment. However, the material provided is without any guarantees, conditions or warranties as to its accuracy, and we will not be liable for any damages whatsoever, if care is not taken, in washing the garments as per their instructions.

Given the unpredictability of technology and the online environment, aei : kei make no promise that our website will be uninterrupted or entirely error free, or free of viruses or bugs or compatible with any other software or material. Accessing the website is entirely at your own risk. We are not responsible to you if we are unable to provide our Internet services for any reason beyond our control.

The content of our website is presented, "as is", and we do not guarantee its accuracy, whether explicit or implied. We reserve the right to amend errors, make changes to our website, withdraw any part of our site or to update product information at any time if we consider it necessary.

PRIVACY POLICY

Aei : kei respects your concerns about privacy and follow strict procedures to protect customer information and ensure that your personal information is handled in a responsible manner. We do not disclose information you provide to third parties.

Currently, aei : kei gathers online customer information to enhance your online experience with us, to improve and maintain the content of our website, and for marketing and promotional purposes.

We collect information from you when you complete our feedback or contact form and additionally, when you purchase products from our online shop. We may use this information to advise you of changes to our website, or to let you know about our newest products. We may also record which products you are interested in or enquire after so as to improve our features and customer service on our website.

Postal addresses and telephone numbers are used for processing orders, delivering merchandise, obtaining information and when communication is needed directly relating to orders or enquiries placed through our site. Addresses may also be used for periodic mailings from aei : kei about new products and services.

You agree fully to indemnify us, our directors, employees, suppliers or other representatives from and against all liabilities against all claims, liability, damages, losses, costs and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of any breach of the conditions by you or any other liabilities arising out of your use of this website. We may terminate your use of the website immediately if we consider that you have breached these terms and conditions.
