* Please note all the above prices are based on an average weight of an order; it being under 1 kg. For all larger orders, or more heaver goods, we will e- mail you with the correct amount of your shipping.

Express - same day delivery or pick up available for London based customers

This is our own, custom made service for you. We can offer you a same day delivery, from Tuesday through to Friday for London based customers (within the M25). This service is handled by mission:despatch, our partner carrier. Orders must be received and credit card transactions authorised by 1pm (Tuesday – Friday) in order to receive same day delivery. Once the order has been successfully received and processed we will call you to arrange a delivery time suitable to you and we will then quote you a price for a bike to deliver the goods to you . Orders received after 1pm will have same day delivery the following working day.

Customers selecting Express London same day delivery should provide us with a contact telephone number for that day to avoid delays. If we are unable to reach you on your contact telephone number to arrange delivery within 48 hours, your order will then be shipped by our standard UK delivery method and shipping costs charged accordingly. Any orders sent out that are undeliverable will be returned to aei : kei and the customer will bear the costs for re-delivery. The cost depends on the post code of delivery. You can also arrange to have your goods collected, from our shop, if we have processed your order and you have notified us that you will be doing this.

Most UK deliverys will take 1-2 working days.

EUROPEAN ORDERS

Most European delivery’s that are within the EU will take 2-3 working days. Orders that are not within the EU, will take 2-4 working days, and will also be subject to local import taxes, that you will be responsible for. Be aware that this may delay your delivery time as goods held at customs will be your responsibility to pay the necessary charges for local authorities to release the goods.

INTERNaTIONAL ORDERS (REST OF THE WORLD)

For all International orders, our £30 price is for a standard parcel weighing up to 1 kg. For any heavier goods, we will give you the exact quote. International deliveries will take an average of 2-4 days. Delivery outside the EU may be subject to local import taxes, which are your responsibility where they apply. If so, the shipping company will contact you by telephone once your Items are in customs to let you know the cost. Be aware that this may delay your delivery time, as goods held at customs will be your responsibility to pay the necessary charges for local authorities to release the goods.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

All orders require a signature upon receipt.
We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched.
Order cut-off times are provided as guidelines only, and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization.

INSURANCE

Aei : kei insures each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you. We require a signature for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. If you have specified a recipient who is not you for delivery purposes (for example as a gift) then you accept that evidence of a signature by them (or at that delivery address) is evidence of delivery and fulfillment aei : kei and transfer of responsibility in the same way.

TAXES & DUTIES
